Chet Nolte was the editor of Chapter 7’s newsletter for many years. He was a tireless CCC advocate 85 years of age when I met him in 1996; he was elected President of Chapter 7 in 1998. Summarizing this dynamic individual’s contributions will be a challenge, but we’ll try to get something posted soon.
