Camps
Visit this page for updates on CCC camps in Colorado. We’ll be adding to our collection of camp profiles as we can. Here’s a listing of camps, adapted from the listings available at CCC Legagy Colorado list. For camps in other states, see Camp Lists, compiled by CCC Alumnus Wayman Wells and his wife Ann Wells. Camp and company abbreviations and numbering are also explained at that link.
This page has Reclamation and Grazing camps. See also Forestry, Soil Conservation, and Parks and Monuments pages for additional camps. Note that camps ended with a letter designated the state; all camps in Colorado had “-C” appended to the camp designation shown below. This list will be added to as information is compiled.

Love the info and history you have compiled. I am looking for the Buffalo Creek camp. Do you have any info ?
Have access to photos of camp D G 65 C with Co. 1849. Belonged to a man who has passed but was there before WWII. Any one interested? Lived in Green River, UT after WWII. Local historian.
